With Boasteel's revelation of interest any other prospective interested party has three choices.

1.Bow out.

2.Wait for a year or so when Boasteel will probably aquire 10% more and make things more difficult. Such buyer would have to make the offer sweeter to the remaining 80% owners.

3.Or do something in the next month or two Before Noront's sp has any chance of appreciating.

If there is to be a chance for a third party then I suspect the third choice is the best answer.
