It will take every new person who hears about the ROF to start calling and wanting to buy shares. This needs to happen over one short time and not over months to overwhelm the 5% ers who sell them shares every time we get a SP increase. The right news will do this and it won't matter what anyone does to slow the SP. They will sell and then join the others wanting to buy when they see that this time it is not coming down but has overwhelmed the negative push. What that news will be, I am not positive, but that news will come one of these times. Then we will have plenty who say, darn, if I just held my shares for another couple of days.
