It all takes time to make a new INCO class company from scratch but the rewards are worth that. The government politicions may take summer breaks but with an election coming they will be availible and its the workers and offices that will be there all summer stamping approvals and permits, having meetings and coordinating suppliers and training. The people are being hired to do the job for the politicians daily. The ROF has already been approved to be approved.
