I think this is right on. NOT may see something of a move with infra-structure announcements but only like we've seen over the past few months...up to a buck and then back down. But, as you say, combine it with a sexy report and there will be a lot of smiling faces. Because nothing will happen until our hard working politicians get back from their 13 month vacations, there will be a wait for the synergy of events if that is how it is to happen...and I suspect it is. It is possible that the gov't aspect is actually ready to go...but they'll want to be around when it is unleashed for the photo ops. Wouldn't want to be at the "cottage" in one's bermudas when a major event takes place....yep the Fall.
