You can bet your boots that Noront has been party to any and all discussions that have taken place in recent months. They would have full awareness of exactly where these discussions are, and could be expected to use this knowledge to their advantage, whether towards further downplaying their assets, or suddenly finally opening up the knowledge bank, and letting the world know what they have.

If Noront knew the announcement from Ont gov't was imminent, would they get the biggest bang by putting out news first, or waiting until after the news and then announcing a big hit at AT12 or elsewhere? It could be a big factor in whether we get $11/share or $13.
