What does a boa do?

Got a good hold of us for .86c and can spin us around to get the head in their mouth for a few more pence. Can negotiate for the valuable property exclusively for 90 days, means we cant talk to anyone else until they are done talking (to our major shareholders) to get our biggies on their side. If they get the cream whtas left for the runts.

Only good thing here is that it tells the big boys there is competition..cliffs is small potatoes to these guy's.
