Neville, I would put your post, re AT12, on a level equal to the Boasteel announcement in importance.

I believe the company has news and that it is holding back it's release so I wonder what and why.

Your post may just answer that question, at least for me it appears to do that, to the extent that I trust what I read on this forum.

I suspect that Boasteel knows or has a hint about AT12 and that was enough for them to put their foot in the door.

No Boasteel's investment in $s is not much but politically it is huge. I do not see them as buyout offerers but as assuring themselves a secure source of supply of chromium and the nickel, due to return on investment, is a bonus to them.

I stress chrome because there are few good sources available, none in the west, Cliffs has a part of it and BoaSteel does not want to be beholding to them for a source on metal.

Note that south Africa is dring up and Asian source while convenient to the chinese, they are assuring themselves of a reliable second source in case negotiations with primary should become difficult. They want a barganing trump card.

They are shrewd.
