That would only be true IF that was the only deal applicable, but it is not.

The one that flies now is probably the $1.25 placement which with tax break is about $0.75 and even 0.73 may be the limit line, depending on those tax implications.

Now with Boasteel getting a few warrants and shares at 0.86, if things do not pan out to their staisfaction or quickly enough, we could be pressed even lower later.
