Management or doctor, if incapable is soon replaced. None of them are there for life. They are transitory.

The only thing that is permanent and dependable is the known resource in the ground. If not managed properly or developed then others will, sooner or later.

Actually I'm not missing your point at all. It's your point and you are welcome to it...I just disagree with it in part. It is likewise not my intent to change your mind, just to show a differing perspective. I would further add that the transitory nature is the same for all things...but it is important to have strong links in the change all along it's length....not just at the end...lest it break before you can tow the goods home. A strong management accounts for many of those links.
