at it again loading up the asks. Why is NOT still sitting at .77 there abouts? Some think that the Chinese involvement negates interest from other parties. Not likely the case. Is the sp down from those selling to pay for the PP? Is the sp down to create a lower floor for initial bids from other suitors? What ever the story....someone still wants this sp kept cheap. Perhaps it's just for accumulation purposes. At any rate the games are still in play.
