The point so many people miss, is that there are actually very few times when an insider CAN buy on the open market. Typically, the only time is for a short period right after a major announcement, and they should be sure to have all their ducks in a row, and be able to show quite openly that there was no other information available to them other than what the market knows.

I'm still hearing that news is on the way, likely Monday morning, but before the June 2 one that we all expect. But then who knows anything anymore. I've been saying the same thing for two months now, and seen nothing.
