Can you spot the difference between the two though?

Noront issues options at 88 cent when the stock price was hovering around that level.

Fancamp issues options at a premium of over 80 percent to todays price. I would argue that Fancamp would be more deserving of their options if the options end up in the money.

Where is the incentive Noront? There is a huge disconnect with the BOD, management, and shareholders. Guess who will end up on top?
