When I was quickly reading the budget and page 49 caught my eye...something else jolted my memory.
Perhaps coincidence. Perhaps not.
I remembered reading the words of Moe Lavigne, vice-president of exploration and development for KWG Resources...

Then today's budget talks about Partners.. and,,, late April and... 1.3 billion.
This 1.3 billion could be money for a railroad.
Based on information provided by partners in late April, it is now expected that roughly $1.3 billion in federal funding for extended infrastructure programs will be claimed in 2011–12.
