Rather than raising capital from Pinetree or someone and diluting our shares, why can't managements be required to first offer existing shareholders the right to buy shares at a discount plus get the free purchase warrants? It happens too rarely.
Do shareholders have to sue to get this kind of respect?
Not that Pinetree types are doing so great lately, but if anyone is getting special advantage it seems it is them.
