We have gone around this enough, but just one more time. When markets are weak,as now,it is a buyers market and not a sellers market . Take example of the US Housing Market. Sellers have to keep taking lower and lower prices if they want to sell. That is a buyers market as the price advantage is with the buyer and not with the seller.

In stock markets, current markets are in weakness and sellers that want to sell ,wheather they are geniune, day traders, shorters, etc., cannot get the price they would want. Buyers keep lowering their bids and sellers that have a motive to sell, sell at the lower bid prices and this keeps bringing the sp down .

We are currently in a general buyers market, not a sellers market . There are exceptions all the time, but in general in market weakness, the buyer has the advantage and not the seller.
