I respect what you say,but do not overlook the fact that in many/most instances recently,sellers are selling into the bids ,WHICH THE BUYERS ARE PUTTING OUT THERE.I am sure you are also aware that in weak general markets, BUYERS are in control AND NOT THE SELLERS. SIMPLE INVESTING 101 .

The market get's weak BECAUSE of the sellers

If there were no sellers, the market wouldn't be weak!

Sellers are always in control. If many don't want to sell, the price goes up until they sell. It forces buyers to raise the bids if they want in.

If many are selling, it drives the price down.

You can bid low all you want, but if the sellers aren't selling into that bid, you're out of luck. I.E. sellers are in control.
