Any property that is not in the mine plan around Eaglesnest is useless to Noront. There will be two mines in the area. Cliffs and Noront, These will last 20 years plus. If a discovery is made that can support itself farther away then maybe a third or fourth. For the next 5 years there is no hope for PRB chromite but if underground shows that Eaglesnest trends towards the new Noront,old PRB claims, then Noront can add this to the underground complex. The best thing was to trade off the out of mine claims for closer claims in the middle of Noront area. Who wants to have PRB sitting on top or beside your mine. How would you like your neigbour owning 100 square ft. in the middle of your lawn that you have to cut around.
