Message: OSC requirements

Timely Disclosure Policy (TDP) requires Immediate disclosure of material information. This material information must be disclosed whether good or bad. So NOT does not have ANY information that would be considered material that it has not released to us. For that to be true that means they have no results from any of their exploration activities for the past several months. This is getting rediculous, how do they get away with not releasing information. Clearly this allows for any number of "insiders" to benefit from information thay alone are privvy to. Also the TSX has similar requirements--eg. All material information must be released immediately. Unfavourable news must be disclosed as promptly and completely as favourable. No wonder we are not listed on the TSX yet. Sorry NOT but when your IR tells us that all exploration progress has been positive that means you are obviously in posession of Material news.
