Hey Crazy, "SOON I THINK. and that means less than 2 months." It was just a short while ago ( end of May was the phrase) that we thought we would get a report from Ontarion ministry regarding infrastructure. That did not happen. So where do you come up with 2 months? I say IF then it is more likely 3 months from now because they will do so in the heat of a contentuous election that is coming. Just questioning your timing. Ed.
