Baosteel is on record that they will likely want to hold as much as 20% of Noront, so how will they accomplish that and at what price.

Is it not beneficial to them to do so at the lowest possible price?

Is it not more beneficial to them to lose a bit by driving the sp down and then garner the rest of the percentages at the lowered price.

They must have some knowlege that Noront won't release or is not capable of releasing good drill results in the near future.

I am not saying that that is what they are doing, I have no such info but am just proposing one of many possibile scenarios for what may be going on.

Stranger things have happend and will happen.
