10% and 20% are both hurdle rates that change a shareholders relationship with the company and their reporting requirements. At the 10% hurdle, which all that is relevant right now, they are required to report within a matter of days that they have crossed that hurdle line. Nothing reported means they have not exceeded 10%. And why would they? They got what they wanted in the deal. We are making way too big a deal out of their 17M investment, its a drop in the bucket to them. Way too much speculative conspiracy talk for my liking, but if it helps you get a couple cents shaved off your days buy who am I to criticize. I could even join you in buying unless, well there is always 0.58.
Bottom line this is going no where but way up soon.
