Sorry to enter this discussion with a...complaint, but... I believe there are too much 'Board-bashing' here, c'mon, after 50 times repeating that Wes Hanson is incompetent, and nearly a liar, and Richard Nemis is a God and an innocent victim, I think that we got the point!

If we draw a line between posters who invested in Noront before the new BoD took office, and those who got in afterwards, we would clearly see that the (daily) complaints against the actual BoD comes almost 100% from the first group.

I am personally from the second group, and honestly, I am rather neutral if not, I admit, being quite positive about the present team!

I'm not happy -who is?!- with the number appearing right now in the 'cost base' column of my portfolio regarding the Noront line (It is sitting around twice the present share price). But I'm still on the buy side at this time, and my target price is way passed 5$, so I'm somewhat 'happy' with the actual asked price for the shares.

I have nothing against criticizing the team in place. However, I feel uncomfortable with having to read or to hit the 'next message' button every single day, and sometimes every second post. Why? What's the use? There are many interesting and useful posts on this forum, but why repeating everyday the same complaints?

Yes to the 'right to criticize', but yes also to the right to pleasant and positive reading. Again, I know your point, thank you. Let's freshen the air.

And by the way, it is true that corporate rules are such that the members of the Board of a company are responding to the shareholders. But a shareholder is not responding to anyone but himself, so that he may leave the train at will.

GLTA.
