Questions

Wasn't it the Rosseau group that submarined Richard Nemis??

What does this proposed slate of officers bring to the table?

Aren't some of the named persons on the board as it stands? (part of the "old regime"?)

As my dear departed granny used to say "sometimes it's better the devil you know... that the Devil you don't know"

It seems funny that this group shows up JUST when things are about to POP (think their interest.... not yours)
