Cliffs (American outsider using "messy open pit mining") falls out of favor with First Nations.

Noront (Canadian with established FN relations with lower impact underground mining) becomes prefered company.

Cliffs... unable to go forward without first nations buy-in ... sells properties.

NOT scoops the properties with a little help from China?
