What are other company laborers making? Is it in line?

If they are underpaid and we cant get workers then no-one profits.

We need the engineers and the mechanics the cooks and the dish washers everyone needs to feel respect, but not everyone is paid the same..You want top wage make yourself invaluable get the education and the skill sets required for the top dollar.
