On June 11th, I went to help out with cleanup for the flood victims in Quebec. I was speaking with an elderly women whose home was really damaged. She came out to thank us, and started to cry how she lost so much. That her home was now worthless. Besides the flood,she also caught pneumonia, and was in the hospital for 3 weeks.

It's just about 4 years that I've been invested in NOT. I am very disappointed,but still I have hope that I will make back my money. While I (I'm 60yrs old)was carrying away all those sandbags that were suppose to protect those homes I was counting my blessings.

Just like B said.You only lose when you sell!
