Scraped together the price history over the time period you speak of. Notice the volume and price spike from July 15-17th (about 47 million over the 3 days). The infamous "no material change" NR then the volume curbs over a period until the coast is clear to buy in heavy right up until the Aug. 5 news release.

Jeesh, you'd think that someone knew what was coming from the action. LOL

This is the pattern we all seek to see.
