One would think, a "no material change" kind of news release would be in place. Why should this be required only after a stock suddenly starts to soar?

On the other hand, the chart was indicating a price target of 0,50 already some time ago... feels almost reassuring if you were able to foresee the price movements, even if you can't see the reasons...
