Scarff I think it should be so obvious to everyone by now. The chinese get a good deal but the people behind the deal get a standstill clause and time to get a better deal from retail. Just when you think the beating we have taken is over they bring out another stick to hit you with. The only reason is they can they have some time but one day it will be different.
