Who is this Joe? I always said that there will only be one Chromite mine in the ROF,so we should/will see further consolidation before too long,IMO, and before any final feasibility mining plan is approved and certainly before filing of necessary permits and enviromental assessments.

I still feel that it may not be Cliffs that ends up being the sole miner of chromite up there.
