September 26th 2007 they had 98,847,807 shares outstanding. Now almost 4 years later it has "almost" doubled. So when history repeats they should be able to double the number of outstanding shares to 380.000.000 by 2015. (and raise 200 Million+ in capital by doing so)

My personal feeling is that future dilution won't be that high as they can get the needed financings through Baosteel. Only time will tell.
