I know this is OT but it is a slow day and I found this very interesting....Stillwater (NYSE:SWC) is buying PGM....It is a stock and $$$$ deal....The agreement values PGM at $3.16/share...PGM closed Friday at .81 cents... it opened this a.m. at $2.80...was as high as $2.94 ....now at $2.73....PGM has copper and gold in Argentina...The premium that SWC is paying out is almost 300%...I cannot recall such a high premium being paid out....This would look good on NOT (as a starter)...Cheers....R R
