The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced July 4, 2011.

Number of shares:Five million flow-through shares and 13.5 million non-flow-through shares Purchase price:15 cents per flow-through share and 13 cents per non-flow-through share Warrants:2.5 million share purchase warrants to purchase 2.5 million shares Warrant exercise price:25 cents until June 30, 2013 Hidden placees:Two hidden placeesInsider:HudBay Minerals Inc. (Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company), 13.5 million Finder's fee:$52,500 in cash and 350,000 finder warrants payable to Limited Market Dealer Inc. (Each finder's warrant entitles the holder to acquire one unit at 15 cents until June 30, 2013.)
