There is fear of world wide financial meltdown. Everyone hesitates to put money out. People look for safe value.

Gold is soaring,silver will soon follow.

There are billions of dollars worlwide looking for safe value investment.

These dollars are a coiled spring. When the public finally realises the safe value of ROF investing, ALL the ROF stocks will rocket launch.
