I found Harris interesting. He compared us to a silver pencil, and iterated that someone had to come forward and do the developing, which in his opinion was not going to happen. When Andy Bell looked slightly taken aback, and said that Wes Hanson seemed intent on developing, there was a shift in Harris, he moved forward and said yes, it was big enough for a mine, but not big enough without infrastructure, and it was not likely that someone would presently come forward.............this is a restructure of the conversation. My opinion is that Harris likes the ROF, but is waiting for some heat, and until then, is not going to provide it. He left the door open for a change of mind IMO.
