IngridI think your bang on.

I also think that Cliffs must contol All the Cr, and hence will buy both NOT and PRB's chrome in order to control Cr pircing stability into the future. NOT and Cliffs and KWG get their respective infastructures, and PRB builds its gold mine. McGinty (or Hudak) /Ontario get the jobs.

I wonder when is the best infastructure annoucement day for McGinty? Will a Hudak announcement/promise pre-empt/force McGinty's hand?

PS. The critical path for the mine start is still the permitting (per P.Semple), which may cause a six month earlier ramp/mine build start date. 2015 mine start is not out of the question.
