Cliffs is not the only company in the chromite game. Baosteel money is there to drill the chrome. The nickel is found, waiting, and will be mined even by iceroad and the chromite is what the infrastructure will be built for. If Baosteel thinks it can get what it needs by truck for years before rail they can go seperate from Cliffs.I have seen a whole years worth of chromite equivalent weight move in one month on an iceroad/seasonal. They can just move it season by season to a stockpile. Together is better or the battle over all could happen. There is room for two different mines. I want my shares before any fight between them or a jv on infrastructure is anounced. Noront is a mine that is waiting for the permits and the support to build. No worries there, its the rest that need to work it out, and this fall was the prediction of Cliffs for an anouncement of some decisions.
