Beer and energy

I'm sure Mr Rickard is a fine fellow and would be a good addition to the body politik. Heck, they named a beer after the guy. Only problem is he is runnig for the wrong gang in my opinion.

I'm not sure what will happen this election, but I think Ontario's "Green Energy" and "FIT" programs are absolute lunacy, and will hamper development in the North and the Souith for that matter, for years to come unless they do a whole lotta rethinkin.

Energy costs are going to be a big problem in the Nord. I still think we should go off the grid up there and avoid doing business with Ontario Power altogether, regardless of what party wins in October. Peat, small scale Nuclear, damn some rivers, hamsters in wheels, who cares. Off the grid.
