Ah, Sum, the above says it all, doesn't it. We, communally, have a pretty good idea of the what, and the where. If we could only determine the when. But then, if we knew, then so would Joe from next door, as well as John from up the street, and we wouldn't have what we call the stock market, would we?

As always, there is the group that will wait for a sure answer to this question, and spend the following year wishing they had jumped in earlier or just stayed in. The memories of FWR and SPQ are still too fresh in our minds to comtemplate their reasoning.
