"Things have got to start coming together soon .like very soon .I dont think Cliffs will back off not even for one year as they have told their investors they would be minning in 2015 , any delay could cause heads to roll"

Well just for the sake of argument...are these Clfs sentiments or your desires? Delays happen all of the time so why would another year be a big deal to Clf on a project that will last generations? Heads roll? Why? Why should we conclude that everything will go as calendar planned when any number of circumstances could arise to bog things down. Perhaps they won't but that certainly wouldn't be our history with NOT. This boat will land when the wind arrives to fill the ignored sails. When the wind blows no one knows....but we haven't had a bluster in a while so the odds begin to work in our favour.
