Things are falling into place and being fine tuned now, with two weeks to go. For those attending and those still wanting to attend, here are some of the details.
- The date is Saturday, Sept. 17th.
- The golf course is Caledon Golf Club, in Inglewood, ONT. It's on Peel Rd. 12 (also known as Baseline Rd.), less than a km. west of Hwy 10. Again, here is the website for the golf course. http://www.golfcaledon.com/
- The golf tournament will be a shotgun start, with everyone teeing off at 12 noon. All golfers are required to be at the course no later than 11:15 AM. Please register at the first tee upon arrival. You must be in your carts by 11:45 AM, so please time any practicing accordingly.
- Teams will be announced next week, after the cut-off date of Wednesday, Sept. 7th.
- All golfers should be dressed in proper golf attire. No cut off jeans, t-shirts, tank tops, etc. are allowed on the course.
- Also, no liquor or beer is to be brought on the course premises. Alcholic beverarges can be purchased from the cart girls on the course and in the clubhouse.
- The golfers should be done by around 5:15 PM. Dinner is scheduled for 6-6:15 PM. All dinner guests are welcome to arrive at any time they choose, prior to 6 PM.
- Anyone bringing prizes, please take them directly into the dining room upon arrival or see Maureen (Irish) as she'll know (by then) where to place them securely. Prizes will be organized while the golfers are on the course, to make the handing out process more efficient.
- Anyone attending who hasn't arranged payment with Glorieux, please PM him as soon as possible, as money is due at the golf course.
- Nine ROF executives in attendance and a bunch of people & friends from the Agoracom community. Live entertainment and a feast for dinner. How can you resist !
- Again, anyone still interested in attending golf & dinner ($140) or just dinner ($60), please PM me.
