AND, it is obvious that you do not understand the logic of options. It would be preferable to pay them their total earnings in options, rather than a salary.

Actually Wes has very few options at less than .86, and most of them are north of a dollar. The absolute only way he is going to benefit from them is if the share price exceeds a dolar, and to get anything substantial, he has to get that price up to at least a couple.
