I found this line rather interesting. How convenient that value would be known "only" once it's mined. I think on one hand this is an obvious phrase if one requires specifics but it is also a misleading phrase in that it skirts around working numbers. CLF seems to have had an idea how much this stuff was worth for a ball park figure particularly when they were speaking about FWR after they took them over, but I guess they wouldn't want to throw figures around at this point when they will be negotiating for all of the mining amenities. They're here, they want it and it obviously has very significant value but all involved will hedge around specific numbers until they feel they've gotten the best deal for their investment. It's like showing up to the car dealer with your rollex and Armani on trying to get a better deal.
