So sorry to miss the AGM as I was visiting the True North Strong and Free (moose).

After reading the couple of messages on the this forum I was just wondering if there was any talk about the pay structure of the board members and if there were any pay increases for services rendered??

It was nice to see about new blood on the BOD but we already knew about a member from Baosteel and what credentials do each of them bring?
