NOT hasn't seemed to respond to the market on rebounds like other stocks so I would wonder how that would be the factor in it's recent rise. It 's gotta go up sometime though right?....nothing goes straight down does it? Well I would suggest it's probably a little more involved than that. The trading "pattern" for NOT has changed. I would say NOT is now upwardly mobile and the bases are getting pretty loaded. Now all we need is a good "hit".
