entitlements and compensation

Does anyone know what the entitlements (options) and compensation is for the new BOD this year?

As there was NO similcast (audio) of the ADG this year how did their new proposals fair by the voting and proxy(s).... hold the AGM at the Royal York... but don`t spend any $$$ to inform the share holders...again, a new way to keep the general shareholders in the dark!!
