No argument, Ed. 2 days or 2 weeks. I like those parameters. It doesn't matter to me, as I am 'all in', and letting it ride. Everyone has to find and hold their comfort zone, and maybe 2 weeks will give them the time to adjust themselves. I would be inclined though, to do whatever sooner rather than later, as I think the fuse is lit
