It's interesting that the price WANTS to stay at the .86 mark....perhaps after regulatory approval..things will ..change.

Noront Grants Options

TORONTO, Nov. 4, 2011 /CNW/ - Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: NOT) reports that the Board of Directors has granted an aggregate of 300,000 incentive stock options, exercisable at a price of $0.86 for a period of five years, to a Director of the Company. The stock options were granted pursuant to Noront's stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval.
