I wonder if the canadian government will use the CLF,s desire to operate the first chromite mine in north America to exact revenge against the American government if the keystone project gets turned down by Obama.After all,it,s widely believed that the chrome mine is extremely strategic to ensure american supply of the vital metal without dependence on foreign source.CLF had gotten away cheap with every thing in the past and they expect the canadian government to assist in at least half of the infrastructure costs.Go figure that.
