Trucker as far as the enviromental lobby is concerned it is more of a religious,self serving,fear mongering,bureaucratic group than anything else . Sure we needed a correction from the industrial revolution but now the pendulum has swung so far in the opposite direction it is difficult to move ahead before millions, yes billions of dollars are usurped from investors, tax payers, etc. to pile up worthless paper to justify ones existance. Cut out a few Copenhagen conferences and shut down a few East Anglia type institutions and take the money to irrigate Somolia for example (ooh going after some sacred cows here) and by the way any drought over there is now the fault of the western democracies that drive gas burning vehicles. The contrarian seems to have taken control and want to play the down side in everything (stock manipulators). One volcanic eruption puts more junk into the air than all of the years of coal burning for 200 years or more---yes climate change is real----all change is real and has consequences. The greenhouse effect is all about carbon and has consequences---all living things need carbon---they have been talking about the greenhouse effect for at least 50 years and I read some imput the other day that the more carbon the better.....Climate change .....Bring it on.
